Only accommodation managed by Service Réservation can be booked online. The others are managed directly by their owners, so all you have to do is contact them to find out about availability and make a reservation. The same applies to other types of accommodation, such as city breaks, bed and breakfasts, gîtes, children's gîtes and farm campsites.
We advise you to do so to guarantee your reservation. you do, however, have the option of paying by bank transfer, bank card (visa, eurocard, mastercard), holiday vouchers, FNGF gift vouchers, Havas vouchers, and bank vouchers or postal order.

For all properties managed by Service Réservation (all properties bookable online), you can reégl all or part of your rental by holiday cheques.
Your rental is validated as soon as the Réservation department has received payment of the deposit (25% of the total amount), or the balance for stays of less than a month. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for any contract you sign, as it covers you perfectly for all eventualities. It costs 3% of the cost of your rental, with a minimum of 5 euros. For contracts booked via the reservation service, an administration fee of 18 euros will be charged (12 euros for a weekend rental of 2 or 3 nights). We will be able to receive your complaint if we are informed, within a maximum of 48 hours of your arrival. It's the 'Bed & Breakfast' à la française. You are welcomed 'as friends' into the homes of private individuals who open their homes to you for one or more nights. Some offer 'suites', which consist of a bedroom, bathroom facilities and a private lounge adjoining the bedroom. There are also 'family rooms': 2 communicating rooms with the same bathroom facilities. And there's the 'family suite': 2 bedrooms with a private lounge, all with shared sanitary facilities. Located in a quality environment, in mansions of character, with flower gardens or parks, these rooms classified 3 or 4 épis await you in their comfortable and typical world. These guest rooms meet the same comfort and quality criteria as charming guest rooms. They must also be located in a building with a marked architectural and historical character: castle, manor house, stately home, abbey, convent, fortified farm... Any other complaint must be sent by post, as soon as possible, to the Gîtes de France regional office, which is responsible for making a proposal for an amicable settlement. In the event of persistent disagreement, disputes may be submitted to the Qualité department of the Fédération Nationale des Gîtes de France, which will endeavour to reach an amicable agreement. These provisions are without prejudice to any legal action brought by the customer or the owner.Will I have to pay any additional charges?
Heating is not necessarily included in the rental price, if it is included, this is specified in the description of the gite. If it is not included, the difference between the initial and final meter readings will be invoiced to you by the owner.
8 kwh/day are included in the rental price, any consumption in excess of this will be charged to the landlord (at the current EDF rate). A meter reading will be taken in your presence on the day of your arrival and departure.
